Of Tonawanda, entered into Heaven March 2, 2017 to be with his beloved wife Evelyn (nee Saville) forever; dearest grandfather of Andrea (Peter) Gillens; proud great-grandfather of Gavin Liam and Jordan; son of Clyde and Winifred Richter; father of Glenn Richter; cherished father-in-law of Joanne Richter; brother of the late Richard (Darbee) Richter; dear friend of Barb Pompeo, Peggy Conlon and Hospice Team Four; also survived by relatives and friends. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Northtowns Chapel), 885 Niagara Falls Blvd. near Eggert/Sheridan Dr., on Thursday from 4-7 PM. A funeral service will immediately follow. Entombment, Forest Lawn Cemetery. Mr. Richter was an honored veteran of the Army Air Forces.
