MENDEZ - Connie Of Buffalo, entered into rest August 14, 2017.Beloved companion of 21 years to Richard Mackey; loving daughter of the late Librado and Sarah Mendez; dear sister of Ramona (Gerard) Brehm, Ann (Gilbert) Rivera, Mary Mendez, Lucy (Enrique) Santiago, Mary Ellen Mendez, Gloria (Peter) Sikes, Theresa (Alfredo) Lopez, Louis Mendez, John (late Barbara) Mendez, Yvonne Scott and the late Margaret (Frank) Maymi; fond aunt of many nieces and nephews; also survived by relatives and friends. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (southtowns chapel), 3060 Abbott Rd., near Lake Ave., on Wednesday from 1-8 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Our Lady of Charity Parish (St. Ambrose Worship site), 65 Ridgewood Rd., South Buffalo, on Thursday morning at 11:30 o'clock (please assemble at church). Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.
