ALMODOVAR, Cynthia "Cindy" D. (nee Ortega) of Hamburg, entered into rest June 5, 2023. Beloved companion of Bobby Fisher; devoted mother of Jessica (Zack) Mikolajczak, Kaitlyn and Christina Almodovar; cherished "Nani" of Lorenzo, Raymond, Gracie, Amelia, Rylan, Olivia, and Baby #7; loving daughter of the late Joanne Ortega and honorary daughter of Angie and Jo; dear sister of Jeannie, Joe (Tina), and the late Missy Ortega, bonus sister of Heather Martinez; fond cat mom of Baxter; also survived by many nieces, nephews, family, and friends. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Northtowns Chapel) 885 Niagara Falls Blvd., Amherst, near Eggert Rd., on Sunday (June 11th) from 12-6 PM, where prayers will be held at 3 PM. Cindy will be remembered for being the best mom and nani, fun loving, kind, and a free spirit.
