SWANSON - Dane E. Entered into rest December 4, 2021. Loving son of James (Bonnie J.) Swanson and Gail Swanson; dear brother of Jason (Dr. Simon Lowry) Swanson and dear step-brother of Nicholas (Dinamarie) Julian; adored uncle of Julia and Ansel Swanson-Lowry and Jasmine and Annabella Julian. Dane played football for six years and was a heavily sought after football player. After gradating from North Tonawanda High School, he received a football scholarship to St. Peters College, where he played during his time there. Dane had a passion for travel and made several trips to various parts of Europe. He had the ability to make friends wherever he went and was a lover of music and comedies. He was a gentle soul who lived for his family and he will be missed by all who knew him. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Northtowns Chapel), 885 Niagara Falls Blvd., near Eggert/Sheridan Dr., on Friday from 5-8 PM. AS PER THE ERIE COUNTY MANDATE, MASKS OR FACIAL COVERINGS WILL BE REQUIRED. AT THE REQUEST OF THE FAMILY, COVID-19 VACCINATIONS ARE REQUIRED BY THOSE WHO ATTEND THE VISITATION.
