Daniel A. Palumbo

Of Amherst entered into rest on May 26, 2026. Beloved husband of Diane (nee Gallant) Palumbo; devoted father of Jamie Palumbo, Melanie (Jeremy) Chandler, and the late Michael Palumbo; cherished grandfather of Ava and Bentley; loving son of Carol (nee Innes) Palumbo and the late Daniel Palumbo; dear brother of Vito Palumbo, Maria (Vic) Giambrone, Carolyn (Rob) Martino, Lori (Nick) Campanella, and Dawn (late Dave) Clark; brother-in-law of Karen (Marty) Hess and Gary Gallant; also survived by many nieces and nephews. Daniel was the owner of Palumbo Custom Homes. He loved his family and his work. Relatives and friends may visit Lombardo Funeral Home (Northtowns Chapel) 885 Niagara Falls Blvd. near Eggert/Sheridan Dr. on Friday, May 29 from 4-7, where a prayer service will immediately follow at 7PM. Entombment Mt. Olivet on Saturday, May 30 at 10AM (please assemble at the cemetery office.) In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Buffalo Hospice.
