September 20, 1992 — August 30, 2024

Daniel Jeffrey Robinson was born to Danyelle Hodges and Dexter Robinson in Bronx, New York on September 20, 1992, and relocated with his family to Buffalo, New York in 1999. He was a student at Hutchinson Central Technical High School from which he graduated in 2010. Daniel began his career with the NYS Department of Corrections and Community Supervision in July 2018, as a Corrections Officer at Sing Sing, Attica, and Wende Correctional Facilities. As a third-generation law enforcement officer, he followed in the footsteps of his grandparents and his mother. Daniel was deeply committed to community service. He modeled clothing for several friends' businesses. He not only had an eye for fashion, but he also served as a mentor to his peers. He was a man of compassion who offered care to a dear friend following a tragic accident. His influence extended far beyond his own achievements, as he passionately supported others and tirelessly nurtured the dreams of those around him. Daniel's legacy is defined by his unwavering commitment to his family and friends. He enjoyed bowling, basketball, traveling, and he LOVED his Dodge Charger, "#92". In 2020, he started the Free Smoke Car Club with Mack Linder, III. He was also a passionate football fan, with the New York Jets being his favorite team. Daniel was not just a sneaker head, he was the "Sneaker King" lovingly known as "Sneakerman Dan" and his style was known as "Cozy-Fly."
