Darryl Mcclerkin

Darryl was born on May 20, 1969 in Buffalo, New York to the late Louvenia Edwards and Willie McClerkin. Darryl departed this life on Wednesday, April 24, 2024. He was one of eleven children born to Louvenia. In 1987, he graduated from Lafayette High School in Buffalo, New York. After graduating Darryl worked as a Cook at various establishments as well as worked as a Taxi Driver for Coldspring and Liberty cab company. Darryl joined in Holy Matrimony to Kim Koerner July 13, 2005 and to this union Darryl gained two daughters, Nicole and Kimberly. He leaves behind a host of ten grandchildren. Darryl loved football and hockey, especially the Buffalo Bills and Sabres. He was an excellent cook and undoubtedly one of the greatest "Grill Masters" to ever do it. He was the life of the party and could make just about anyone laugh. Darryl also loved to roller skate and to bowl. Darryl leaves to cherish his memory, his beloved wife Kim McClerkin, two daughters Nicole and Kimberly, and ten grandchildren. He also leaves behind six brothers and sisters: Gloria Jean Redden, Joe A. Henderson (Jalissa), Willa M McLaurin, Claude K. Henderson, Kelvin R. Henderson (Shirl), Celcilia D. Henderson. He is predeceased by his mother Louvenia and Father Willie as well as four brothers and sisters: Vernard Edwards, Alma Henderson, Mary Henderson, Robert McClerkin.
