Loving son of the late Donald and Rita (nee Pontius) Billy; devoted brother of Susan (David) Seely and Kevin (Cindy Ohleman) Billy; cherished uncle of Dana (Patrick) Kinsley, Adam (Ashley) Seely and Courtney (Matthew) Perez, fond great-uncle of 8 boys; also survived by many cousins and friends. Relatives and friends may visit the Lombardo Funeral Home (northtowns Chapel) 885 Niagara Falls Blvd,(near Eggert/Sheridan) on Friday from 4:00 8:00 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday morning at 9:30 oclock in St. Amelias Church, 2999 Eggert Rd, Tonawanda, NY 14150. (please assemble at church) Interment Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Mr. Billy was a veteran of the US Marine Corp and a retiree of Moog.
