KUZEMSKY - David Of North Ridgeville, OH, formerly of West Seneca, entered into rest suddenly February 29, 2016, beloved husband of Patricia (nee Guenther) Kuzemsky; devoted father of Jessica (Jeffrey) Paulsen, Sara (Michael) McMahon and Joseph Kuzemsky; cherished grandfather of Abigail, Aidan and Patrick; loving son of the late Harold and Sylvia (nee Gburek) Kuzemsky; dear brother of Suzanne Kuzemsky; also survived by relatives and friends. Relatives and friends may visit LOMBARDO FUNERALHOME. (Southtowns Chapel), 3060 Abbott Rd. near Lake Ave. on Thursday from 4-8 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Church 3148 Abbott Rd., Orchard Park on Friday morning at 10 o'clock. (Please assemble at church). In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in David's name to the SPCA of Erie County, 205 Ensminger Rd., Tonawanda, NY 14150. Interment St. Adalbert's Cemetery.
