Beloved husband of Suzanne (nee Ford) Phillips; devoted father of the late Douglas Phillips and the late Dawn Michelle (Robert) Castellani; cherished grandfather of David Phillips and step-grandfather of Jessica and Suzette Gordon; dear brother of Donald (Rita) Phillips, Dennis (late Judith) Phillips, Doreen (Frank) Carpino and Debbie (Dennis) Adams. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Northtowns Chapel) 885 Niagara Falls Blvd., near Eggert/Sheridan Dr. on Sunday (April 16) from 2-6PM. A funeral service will immediately follow. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Davids name to Niagara SPCA.
