Of Lackawanna, entered into rest April 22, 2014, peacefully at the age of 56 after a short illness, beloved companion of Deborah A. Fitzpatrick; devoted father of David R. Swain II (Jessica Kazmierczak); loving son of Janet Swain; cherished grandfather, brother, uncle and friend; A special thank you to Hospice of Buffalo, Nurse Sandy, also family and friends. Donations may be made in David's name to Hospice of Buffalo, 225 Como Park Blvd., Cheektowaga, NY 14225. David will be greatly missed by everyone that knew him.
