Of Williamsville, NY, entered into rest suddenly, September 23, 2012, cherished husband of Janet (nee Zielinski) Yanko; beloved father of Catherine "Carye" Yanko, Pete Yanko, David Yanko and Mitterand Ilunga; devoted grandfather of Ellen and Cruz Yanko; loving son of the late Peter and Josephine (nee Witkowski) Yanko; dear brother of Nancy (Jerry) Weihrouch; loved son-in-law of Ellen (nee Moyer) Zielinski and the late Edward Zielinski; dear brother-in-law of Ed (Maryann) Zielinski, Nancy (Bert) Hockenberry, Linda (Rich) Arndt and Karen (Tom) Rolinc; also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
