Hanavan, Dawn M. (nee Mescall), 72, of Buffalo, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on January 24, 2025. Beloved wife of Franklin Hanavan; devoted mother of Rebecca (Timothy) Razel and Daniel Rogers; loving daughter of the late Thomas and Lucy (nee Hund) Mescall; dear sister of Diane (Lawrence) Zukowski, Dennis (Debbie) Adams, Linda (David) Harm, Arline Adams, Paul K. (Joanne) Mescall, Yvonne Mescall, Thomas (Rosemarie) Mescall, James (Margaret) Mescall; the late Margaret Mary Mescall; late Karen E. Browne, late Madonna (late Eddie) Radecki, late Michael (Suzie) Mescall, and the late Joseph Mescall. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends. Dawn lived by the motto "If you love Irish girls, raise your glass. If you dont, raise your standards."
