MEDAKOVICH - Deborah C. (nee King) Of Pendleton, NY entered into rest June 5, 2022. Beloved wife of Mark Medakovich; devoted mother of Mark A. (Maria) Medakovich; cherished grandmother of Max, Jaxon and Pete; loving daughter of the late Alan (Pat) King and the late Jean King; dear sister of Linda Harrington and Karen (Richard) Bushen; revered stepsister of Jeff (Lynette) Lamontagne, Jacqueline Dillon and David (Betsy) Lamontagne. Deborahs life was dedicated to providing end of life care for veterans. She earned her Masters Degree from Daemen College (2004), was the Palliative Care Coordinator for VA WNY, Northeast District Leader of the Hospice and Palliative Care Nursing Association, founding member of the Greater Niagara/Ontario Chapter of HPNA, and faculty member of the UB Palliative Medicine fellowship program. Relatives and friends may visit LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Northtowns Chapel), 885 Niagara Falls Blvd., Amherst, NY 14226, Saturday from 10 AM 2 PM where a prayer service will immediately follow.
