Dennis Mears

Of Buffalo, entered into rest February 10, 2015, beloved husband of Cher L. (nee Thompson) Mears; devoted father of Kristi (Brian) Adams, Melissa (Billy) DeHaven, Linda (Chris) Ganci, Erika Dell (Matt) and Brandon Dell (Shannon); cherished grandfather of many grandchildren; loving son of Bernice (nee Burke) and the late John Mears; dear brother of Kathy (Herb) Rhode; dearest son-in-law of Mary Thompson; fond brother-in-law of Billy (Janeen) Thompson, Lisa (Peter) Purcell and John Thompson; also survived by many relatives and friends. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Southtowns Chapel), 3060 Abbott Rd., near Lake Ave., on Saturday from 1-4 PM. Funeral Service will immediately follow. Mr. Mears was a Navy veteran of the Vietnam War.
