Devon M Osby

Devon M (Fuller) Osby, 44 of Niagara Falls New York. Passed away on October 8th , 2023 at ECMC hospital. Born in Niagara Falls , she was the daughter of James Fuller Sr and Charlene Murphy. Devon attended local schools and also worked as a Cna and other jobs. She enjoyed gardening and planting flowers. In addition to her parents she is survived by her five children Austin (Ashley) Seger, Tia Seger, Bria (Malcolm) Seger, Madison (Takye) Seger and Mea Osby. Also is survived by three grandchildren Ava Lee , Michael and Kol. Siblings Jim Fuller , Shannon Fuller and Christopher Seiler. As well as several aunts, uncles , nieces and nephews. There will be no visitation just a private service only for the family as per her wishes.
