Dolores "Dody" D. Morrison

MORRISON - Dolores Dody (nee DeLong) Dody was born in Herkimer, NY, on September 6, 1935, and passed away on June 14, 2020. She was the third child of Ethel and Charles DeLong. She graduated from Remsen High School in 1953, where she enjoyed drumming and was a proud band majorette. She obtained a Beuaty School License and worked at Hengerers, then shifted careers and became the indispensable Office Manager for DeGeorge Ceilings, Inc., for over 35 years. She retired to Largo, FL, where she enjoyed painting, dancing and traveling. She is survived by her dear brother, Walter (Kathy) and four children, Jennifer (Paul), Geoffrey (Diane), Scott (Debbie) and Bridget (Gary); nine cherished grandchildren, Lindsay, Adriane, Shawn, Ian, Grant, Justin, Jamie, Emily and Michael; one great-grandchild, Carter; nephew, Michael and niece, Leigh; she was predeceased by her brother, Charles, sister, Thelma, nephew, Peter and her granddaughter, Cortney.
