BARNES - Don J. Of Hamburg, entered into rest April 1, 2019. Beloved husband of Lorraine (nee Janicki) Barnes; devoted father of Kenneth (Susan) Barnes and Wendy Barnes; cherished grandfather of Erik and Nicole; loving son of the late Kenneth and Mildred Barnes; dear brother of Bonnie (Howard) Hines and the late Lynn (Richard) Nassoiy; also survived by nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Southtowns Chapel), 3060 Abbott Rd., near Lake Ave., on Saturday (May 18th) from 3-5 PM, for a gathering in Don's memory. Military honors will be held at 4:30 PM. Mr. Barnes was a U.S. Army veteran and a retired New York State Trooper.
