(nee Toal) Frank; devoted father of Michael (late Cathy) Frank, Denise (George) Byrns, Dawn Crance, Michelle Wyntjes, Donald Frank II and the late Daniel Frank; cherished grandfather of 12 grandchildren and 15 great- grandchildren; loving son of the late Elmer and Ethel Frank; dear brother of Roy (late Patricia) Frank, Joan (late Eugene) Harms, Diana (late Wayne) Riddell and the late Elmer Frank, Lorraine (late George) Roth, Ethel (late Frank) Litwinski, Louise (late Wally) Ciskal and David (Maureen) Frank; fond son-in-law of the late William and Madeline Toal; brother-in-law of Carol (late Jerome) Durawa, James (Diane) Wolfe and the late Paul (late Donna) Marlow and Thomas Toal; also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Due to limited social gathering limitations, visitation and services will be privately attended by family at LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Southtowns Chapel). Interment St. Matthews Cemetery. Mr. Frank was an Army veteran of the Korean War.
