HILLYARD - Donald H. Of Amherst, entered into rest October 30, 2021. Beloved husband of the late MaryAnn (nee Eppolitto) Hillyard; loving son of the late David and Marie (nee Klotz) Hillyard; dear brother of the late Doris Zahoransky, Beatrice Edmister, Helen Witkop and Frank Hillyard; adored uncle of Lynn (Bob) Andritz, Robert (Geraldine) Webber, Donald Webber, Cheryl Webber, David Webber, Marie Edmister, Jerry Edmister and the late Mary Delgrosso and Judy Ripson; also survived by his cat Sierra. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Northtowns Chapel) 885 Niagara Falls Blvd., near Eggert/ Sheridan Dr., on Monday (Nov 1) from 5-7 PM. Prayers will immediately follow. A private interment will take place at Acacia Park Cemetery. If desired, donations may be made in Donalds name to Niagara Hospice, Inc. Donald loved gardening, canning, hunting, fishing and spending time with family and his neighbors. He worked for Faerys Nursery for several years and was a member of St. Christophers Church.
