AUGUSTYNIAK, Donna L. (nee Crawford) of Lake View, entered into rest on September 25, 2022. Beloved wife of Joseph J. Augustyniak; devoted mother of Kevin, Tracy Augustyniak, and the late Tina Kaukus and Eric LaRock; loving daughter of the late Chester and Edna Crawford; dear sister of the late Jack Crawford, Marilyn Mallette, and Barbara Engels; also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends. No prior visitation. A Funeral Service was held privately by the family. Arrangements by LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Southtowns Chapel).
