Of Cheektowaga, entered into rest April 11, 2023, after a long battle with cancer. Beloved mother of Peter (Amanda) Stanley and Rebecca (Adam) Worth and step-mother of Marcy (Bill) Vevang and Marisa Stanley; mother-like to Jennifer (Samuel) Gottfried; cherished grandmother of Luke Worth, Natalie Worth, Theo Stanley and Cora Stanley; loving daughter of the late Robert and Patricia Schalk; dear sister of Robert Schalk Jr., Jennifer Howard (Tom Takac) and the late Lynn Winslow; also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, step-grandchildren, step-great-grandchildren and friends. No prior visitation. A memorial service will be held at LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Northtowns Chapel) 885 Niagara Falls Blvd., near Eggert/ Sheridan Dr. on Wednesday (April 19) at 10AM. Inurnment Acacia Park Cemetery. Donnas children and grandchildren were her pride and joy. She also loved crafting in her spare time. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Donnas name to Roswell Park Alliance Foundation or Hospice Foundation.
