Dorathea E. Troicke-Green

Dorathea Evelyn Troicke - Green, born April 19, 1951 passed away on April 22, 2020 at the age of 69. She was the beloved eldest daughter of Frederick and B. Wilhelmina Troicke and sister to Catherine L. Greene who pre-deceased her. Dorathea graduated from Monroe High School where she excelled as a violinist. She attended the State University of New York at Potsdam where she completed her Bachelor of Arts degree. Dori worked as a Technical Writer and owned an organic farm in Caton, New York. She was an accomplished horse woman, and lover of many animals. Dorathea is survived by her best friend Dianne Southwick and sisters Pauline Burnes (Brian) and Fredericka Connor. A small grave side service will be held with immediate family and friends. To honor the memory of Dorathea, donations may be sent to the American Heart Association.
