Kowalczyk; devoted mother of Kenneth (Renee) Kowalczyk; cherished grandmother of Kassandra (Andrew) Stalter and Kurtis (Shirleen) Kowalczyk; fond great-grandmother of Jonathan and Oliver; loving daughter of the late Stephan and Anna Herniok; predeceased by several brothers and sisters; also survived by relatives and friends. Relatives and friends may visit LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME, (Southtowns Chapel), 3060 Abbott Rd. near Lake Ave. on Wednesday from 3-8 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Church, 3148 Abbott Rd.,Orchard Park on Thursday morning at 10 o'clock. Please assemble at church. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.
