Of Hamburg; entered into rest on February 13, 2020. Beloved husband of 58 years to Nancy (nee Pandolfino) Basalyga; devoted father of Lynn (Randall) Carpenter, Rhonda (Don) Jank and Ronald Basalyga, Jr.; cherished Papa of Nicholas, Andrew, Haidyn, Winter, Rose and Danny; loving son of the late George and Veronica Basalyga; also survived by other family members and friends. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Southtowns Chapel), 3060 Abbott Rd. near Lake Ave., on Friday from 3-8 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in S.S. Peter and Paul RC Church, 66 E. Main St., Hamburg, Saturday morning at 10 oclock. Please assemble at church. Flowers gratefully declined and donations to Hospice.
