Edgar Getman

Of E. Amherst, entered into rest December 16, 2014, beloved husband of Doris M. (nee Kabel) Getman; devoted father of Harold (Diane) Getman, Patricia (John) Eyerman, Daniel (Kathleen) Getman, Thomas (Carolyn) Getman and the late James F. (Nancy) Getman; cherished grandfather of ten grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren; loving son of the late Harold and Emma Getman; dear brother of Rita (late Randall) Miller and the late Francis (Jeanne) Getman and Marie (late John) Gates; also survived by relatives and friends. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME, (Northtowns Chapel), 885 Niagara Falls Blvd. near Eggert/Sheridan Dr., on Friday from 4-8 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Amelia Church, 2999 Eggert Rd., Tonawanda on Saturday morning 11:30 o'clock (please assemble at church). Entombment Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Donations to Hospice Buffalo would be appreciated by the family. Mr. Getman was an Army veteran, serving in the medical corps.
