Of West Seneca, entered into rest May 3, 2026. Beloved husband of 70 years to Dolores A. (nee Hoag) Stang; devoted father of Mark (Annemarie) Stang, late Lisa (David) Bender, late Chris (late Paul) Kaczkowski and Michael Stang; cherished grandfather of Paul (Kait), Lauren (Ryan), Allison, Amanda (Zach), Scott (Tory), Michael (Ryan), Justin (Danielle), Julia and Nicholas; adored great-grandfather of Charlotte, Griffin, Warren, Walker and Phoebe. Edward was a veteran of the US Army. He was a devoted to his wife and family. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Southtowns Chapel) 3060 Abbott Rd., near Lake Ave. on Monday (May 11) from 4-7PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Church, 3148 Abbott Rd., Orchard Park on Tuesday morning at 10AM. Please assemble at Church. Entombment Holy Cross Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Edward’s name to The Michael J. Fox Foundation.
