(nee Schlicht) VanKnapp; devoted father of Robert VanKnapp, Rene;e (Robert) Hemphill, Steven (Tira) VanKnapp, Cynthia (Ronald) McClaran and Jennifer (Mark) Garland; cherished grandfather of 14 grandchildren; loving son of the late Edward and Genevieve (nee Popper) VanKnapp Sr.; dear brother of David (Susan) VanKnapp and Patricia (Richard) McGann; also survived by relatives and friends.
