Edwin 'Corky' Koralewski

of Lackawanna, NY entered into rest on August 31, 2023. Beloved husband of the late Eugenia (nee Lohr) Koralewski; lifelong friend and companion of Kathleen "Kay" Selesky; devoted father of Sabrina (Paul) Pavlovic, Karen (Ron) Yormick and the late Cheryl (Joseph) McClure; cherished grandfather of Jason, Joseph (Erin), Emilee (Suzie), Loren (Steve), Andrew and Alex; cherished great-grandfather of Raegan and Iris; loving son of the late Edwin and Joanna Koralewski; dear brother of Alvin, Robert and the late Rita, Eveline, Vivian and Dolores. Edwin was a US Army Veteran and a proud member of the Hamburg American Legion Post #527. He retired from Bethlehem Steel after his 30 year career and was proud to have served under 4 mayors in the City of Lackawanna. Edwin was an avid listener of polka music. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Southtowns Chapel) 3060 Abbott Rd. near Lake Ave. on Tuesday from 3-7 PM. A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday morning at 10:30 oclock. Private interment to follow.
