Ella M Difrancesco

DiFRANCESCO - Ella M. (nee Weyand) Of Buffalo, born August 30, 1940 entered into rest October 17, 2021. It is with heavy hearts that the family shares the passing of Ella DiFrancesco. Ella passed peacefully at home under the loving care of her daughter, Patricia, and grandson, Joseph. Beloved mother of James Grieco (Mary), Philip DiFrancesco, Patricia DiFrancesco Banning, and Tracy DiFrancesco. Devoted grandmother of six and great-grandmother of two. Predeceased by parents Ella Thurston Weyand and Christian Weyand, by husband Salvatore DiFrancesco. Cherished partner of Donna Jonathan. Ella worked at the IRS, Department of Immigration, and was the founding member of a local trucking company, Classic Transport. She was an avid nature lover, proponent of indigenous peoples rights, and social justice issues. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
