(nee Hartnett) Willard; devoted father of Tracy (Ivan) Waller, Tammy Willard (Louie Fisher), and Timothy Willard (Sarah Davenport); cherished grandfather of Rae, Ryen and Dominic Willard; loving son of the late Charles and Angeline Willard; dear brother of Ronald, Charles, Carol, Marion, Diane, Joanne, late Dorothy and the late Janet; also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
