Of Buffalo, entered into rest, January 25, 2013, beloved father of Shannon Dow; devoted son of the late Elwood Sr. and Phyllis (nee Lucas) Dow; dear brother of Crystal (Charles) Mayes, Steven (Maria Louisa) Dow, Leona Carroll, Darrell (Katie) Dow; also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Elwood was a member of the Royal Order of Moose Lodge #8.
