PAOLINI - Emily D. (nee Diakun) Of Amherst, entered into rest May 28, 2022. Beloved wife of the late Ferdinand A. Paolini MD; devoted mother of Judith P. (late William J.) Walton, James Paolini, Anne Paolini (Paul Shaw), John C. Paolini (Helene R. Glass), Michael J. (Karen) Paolini, Joseph D. (Jill) Paolini, Susan Paolini (Larry Quek) and the late Alan P. (Loredana) Paolini; cherished grandmother of Michael J., Nicholas A., Luca, Eva, Joseph, Stephen, and Alessia; loving daughter of the late Nicholas and Anna Diakun; dear sister of Alan Nicholas (Elizabeth) Diakun and the late Andrew (late Gertrud) Diakun. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Snyder Chapel) 4614 Main St., near Harlem Rd. on Tuesday (May 31) from 4-8 PM. No services will be held on Wednesday (June 1). A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Benedict Church, 1317 Eggert Rd., Amherst on Thursday (June 2) at 9AM. (Please assemble at Church.) Interment at Forest Lawn Cemetery.
