Esther Antoinette Bowen (nee Marelli) of Depew, went to be with Jesus and reunite with her husband of 47 yrs Walter Bowen, on August 3, 2026, at the age of 91. Born in Buffalo, NY as first generation to Italian Immigrants, Michael, and Anna Marelli on June 13, 1935. The youngest of seven children she was predeceased by all 6 of her siblings and their spouses. She is survived by a brother-in-law Gene Grammatico and sister-in-law Ruth Marelli. Esther was an aunt, great aunt, and great-great aunt to 78 nieces and nephews. Esther was also known as "Grandma" to two loved families. She is also survived by many family members through marriage and a lifetime of friends. Her life exampled Jesus by loving sacrificially, giving unconditionally, and making every person in her life feel valued. She will be missed greatly and forever in our hearts.

A funeral service will be held at The Tabernacle, in the World Prayer Center, 3210 Southwestern Blvd., Orchard Park, on Saturday (September 12) at 11:00 am.
