Beloved husband of Lydia (nee Osadnik) Augustyniak; devoted father of Paulette Augustyniak; cherished grandfather of Chelsea Smith, Nathan Smith and Tyler Smith; loving son of the late Joseph and Celia Augustyniak; dear brother of Joseph, Frances and Florence. Relatives and friends may visit the Lombardo Funeral Home (Southtowns Chapel), 3060 Abbott Rd., near Lake Ave., on Tuesday from 4-8 PM. Funeral Service will be held Wednesday morning at 9 o'clock. Mr. Augustyniak served in the U.S. Army.
