Frances J. Carafice

Of Buffalo, entered into rest March 31, 2025.  Beloved wife of the late Salvatore J. Carafice; dearest mother of Deborah A. Mordino, Karen A. Halagian, MaryJo Bedford and the late Barbara Vaccaro; survived by seven grandchildren; Danielle (Nick) Schmidt, Christopher (Jessica) Mordino, Elizabeth Mordino, Anthony Halagian, Daniel Halagian, Amanda (Ben) Pierce, Jaclyn (Matt) Vaccaro and nine great- grandchildren; daughter of the late Nicholas and Mildred Custodi; sister of Nicholas (Barbara) Custodi, and the late Donald Custodi and Patrica Custodi; also survived by many nieces and nephews.  Relatives and friends may visit the Lombardo Funeral Home (Northtowns Chapel) 885 Niagara Falls Blvd., Amherst of Thursday (4/3) from 4:00 - 8:00 PM.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Rose of Lima, 500 Parker Ave., Buffalo.  on Friday (4/4) morning at 10:00 AM (please assemble at church).  In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Frances's memory to Mar-Bon Golden Days Social Club, LLC or Hospice Buffalo.
