Of Snyder, entered into rest peacefully on December 22, 2013, at the age of 91. Devoted husband of Marietta (nee Avanzato) for nearly 65 years; dear father of Daniel (Kathleen), Theresa (William) Wyatt and Rosemary Schulz; cherished grandfather of five grandchildren; dear brother of Anne Lorenzo; predeceased by Mary Palumbo, Angelica Tresmond and John Vecere Sr.; also survived by many relatives and friends. Donations may be made in Francis name to Brothers of Mercy Nursing Facility. No prior visitation. Private service. Mr. Vecere was a US Army veteran of WW II.
