Frank J. Balistreri

Balistreri, Frank J. of Hamburg, entered into rest on December 12, 2023. Beloved husband of Christine (nee Cordaro) Balistreri; devoted father of JoAnn (Ralph) Balistreri- Anderson and Nancy Balistreri; cherished grandfather of Natalie Schultz and Gabrielle Anderson; loving son of the late Giovanna and Natale Balistreri; dear brother of Mary Antionette Balistreri. He was the heart and soul of Balistreri's Bakery on the West Side and West Seneca's Balistreri's Pastries Plus. He will leave a big gap in the hearts of his family, friends and customers. He always greeted them with a big smile and warm welcome, and loved chatting with them about sports and dogs. He will be sorely missed in our hearts and in the heart of the business. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Southtowns Chapel) 3060 Abbott Rd. near Lake Ave. on Sunday (December 17) from 12-5 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Anthony of Padua Church, 160 Court St., Buffalo on Monday morning at 10 oclock. Please assemble at Church. Entombment Lakeside Cemetery.
