Of Yorkshire, entered into rest January 20, 2011, beloved husband of 55 years of Theresa "Terry" Czesak; devoted father of David (Karen) Czesak, Susan (Bert) Eddy, Pauline (Thomas) Skeels and Audrey (Donald) Czesak-Sprandel; cherished grandfather of nine grandchildren; loving son of the late Bartholomew and Catherine Czesak; dear brother of Elizabeth "Betty" (late John) Musick, Stephen (Genevieve) Czesak, Paul (Anne) Czesak, Florence (Clifford) Letson and the late Helen (late Elmer) Goerss, late Alice (late Donald) Knight, late Edward, late Irene Czesak, late Stanley (Florence) Czesak, late Frances Delaney and late Mary (William) Briggs; also survived by many nieces and nephews. No prior visitation or services in keeping with Frank's wishes.
