He was a proud and caring father to his daughters, Jenna Dulak and Noelle Barth, his son-in-law Matthew Barth, and found immense joy in being a grandfather to Addison and Estelle Barth, who brought him endless pride and happiness.
A man of strong Catholic faith, Frank held a deep devotion to Father Nelson Baker and Our Lady of Victory Basilica, as well as Our Mother of Good Counsel Church and St. Bernadette Church. His faith was a guiding force in his life, shaping his kindness, humility, and generosity toward others.
Frank honorably served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. His service was a source of quiet pride and reflected his deep sense of duty, strength, and commitment.
Frank believed deeply in the value of lifelong learning. After retiring, he proudly earned his MBA, a reflection of his curiosity, determination, and belief that it is never too late to grow, achieve, and pursue new goals.
Known for his financial generosity, Frank was always willing to give to others, support those in need, and share what he had. His kindness and willingness to help left a lasting impact on all who knew him.
Frank found peace and satisfaction in tending to his vegetable garden, nurturing it with patience and care. He also had a lifelong love for golf, a pastime that brought him relaxation and camaraderie. Some of his happiest moments were spent with family—whether cheering on the Buffalo Bisons, the Buffalo Bills, or the Buffalo Sabres, or simply enjoying time together.
