Beloved husband of the late Lucy (nee Rizzo) Heath; devoted father of Rita (late John) Singer, and Cheryl (William) Brooks; cherished grandpa of Samantha Singer and Nicholas (Skylar Wittmann) Brooks; cherished great-grandpa of Blakely Brooks; loving brother of the late Sharon Senick. Also survived by loving nieces and nephews. Frank was a proud veteran of The United States Marine Corps. He retired from The United States Postal Office, and was an avid golfer, and sports fan.
