MATTHEWS - Frank E. Of Elma, entered into rest April 18, 2019. Beloved husband of Mary Lou (nee Cicatello) Matthews; devoted father of Ronald (Brenda) Matthews; cherished grandfather of Tara (Guillermo) Matthews-Cuevas; loving son of the late Edwin and Edna Matthews; dear brother of Warren Matthews and the late Norma Mae Matthews, Marabel Julian, Virginia Kabel, and Dorothy Ballantine; also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Snyder Chapel), 4614 Main St., Snyder, on Monday and Tuesday from 4-8 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Gabriel's Church, 5271 Clinton St., Elma, on Wednesday morning at 9 o'clock (please assemble at church). Interment Woodlawn Cemetery, Orchard Park. Mr. Matthews was a Navy veteran of the Korean War.
