Beloved husband of Barbara (nee Ley) Frank; loving father of Laurie Frank (Joseph Scime); also survived by his grand-kitties, Kaelie and Emilie, as well as many nieces, nephews and friends. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Northtowns Chapel) 885 Niagara Falls Blvd., near Eggert/Sheridan Dr. on Friday (May19) from 12-2PM.
