(Retired) Of West Seneca, entered into rest March 17, 2012, beloved husband of Lisa (nee Kinsman); loving step-father of Elizabeth Sautelet; cherished grandfather of Carmen; loving son of Fred and Margarita (nee De La Rosa); dear brother of Cristina, Margie and Chuy; also survived by five nieces, one nephew, family and friends. No prior visitation. Services to be held in El Paso, Texas. Contributions may be made in Fred's memory to www.homesforourtroop.org.
