HALT - Frederick W. Of Grand Island, entered into rest July 14, 2021. Beloved husband of Patricia A (nee Mack) Halt. Devoted father of Hans (Tisa) Halt, Peter, MD (Rebecca Dyson, MD) Halt, Heidi (Sergio) Neglia and step-father of Patrick (Charlene) Pettit. Cherished grandfather of Nico, Elisabeta, Charlie, Clara, James, Jack and Natasha. Loving son of the late Irey and Clara Halt. Dear brother of the late Warren and Ray Halt. Also survived by nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME, (Northtowns Chapel) 885 Niagara Falls Blvd., near Eggert/ Sheridan Dr., on Wednesday from 4-7 PM, where military honors and a funeral service will immediately follow. Frederick was an Air Force veteran serving during the Korean War, a retired musician with the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra and a member of ISCOM and A.O.P.A. Flowers gratefully declined.
