(nee Sipel) Of The Villages, Florida, formerly of Buffalo, NY, entered into rest November 22, 2016, beloved wife of Sal Riggio; devoted mother of Candace (Rocky) Thompson and Colleen Hurlburt; cherished grandmother of Lilly and Evan; loving daughter of Jeanne (nee Bessette) and the late Harvey Sipel; dear sister of Jeanne (Lud) Pusmucans, Suzanne (William) Spatzer, Harvey (Analisa) Sipel and the late Robert Sipel and Mark Sipel. A celebration of Gail's Life will be held in Florida at a later date.
