Loving son of the late Peter and Bessie Shoulter; dear brother of the late James (Jerry) Shoulter; also survived by several nieces, nephews and his family at People Inc., Oakridge IRA. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME, (Northtowns Chapel), 885 Niagara Falls Blvd. near Eggert/Sheridan Dr. on Thursday from 3-6 PM. Funeral service will immediately follow.
