Beloved husband of the late Dolores Aronica; fond fiance of Elizabeth Smith; devoted father of Louis (Samantha) Aronica, Angela (Michael Pintabona) ONeill, and Anthony Aronica; cherished grandfather of Echo (Joe Schordine) Aronica, Kiri (Mario) Porter, Tyler ONeill, Jacob Aronica, Olivia ONeill, Jenna Aronica, Erin ONeill, Riley Aronica, and Abigail Aronica; adored great-grandfather of Emilio, Logan, and Lucas; loving son of the late Luigi and Rosalie Aronica; dear brother of the late Salvatore (late Frances) Aronica; also survived by many family and friends. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Southtowns Chapel), 3060 Abbott Rd., near Lake Ave., on Friday from 3-7 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Philip the Apostle Parish, 950 Losson Rd., Cheektowaga, on Saturday afternoon, at 12 oclock (please assemble at Church). Interment Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Gasper was a United States Army Veteran, a retired Deputy Sheriff for Erie County and a longtime volunteer for the Buffalo and Erie County Naval & Military Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Buffalo and Erie County Naval & Military Park.
