CHAPIN - George W. Of Kenmore, entered into rest October 12, 2106. Beloved husband of the late Jeanette M. (Conte) Chapin; devoted father of William B. (Norma) Chapin, David M. (Cheryl) Chapin and Michael J. (Kimberly) Chapin; cherished grandfather of David M. II (Erin), Brian, William B. II (Leanne), Michael J. II, Daniel J. and Justin; adored great-grandfather of Leanna, Kayne, Kylee, Brielle and Asher; loving son of the late George A. and Ethel Chapin; dear brother of James Chapin and Richard (Annette) Chapin; also survived by relatives and friends. Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Northtowns Chapel), 885 Niagara Falls Blvd. near Eggert/Sheridan Dr. on Sunday from 4-8 PM where the funeral service will be held on Monday morning at 11 o'clock. Interment Acacia Park Cemetery. George served in the US Coast Guard during the Korean War and was a member of the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 463 for over 50 years.
