Of Tonawanda, entered into rest July 11, 2012, beloved husband of Norma Jean (nee Weinsheimer) Goon; devoted father of Colette (Eric) Cross and George (Ruth) Goon; cherished grandfather of Brandon, Andrew, Christian and Danielle; loving son of the late Joseph and Margaret (nee Schmidt) Goon; dear brother of Margaret Bower, Alma Christiansen, Emma (Anthony) Galluzzi and Joseph (Donna) Goon; also survived by relatives and friends. George served in the United States Marine Corps during the Korean War.
